If you pay online via Paypal.co.uk or Nochex.co.uk your statement will show as Paypal or Nochex. Or you can pay by Google Checkout, a great, safe and fast way to buy online, if you are registered with Google Checkout. Returns: For manufactured errors we will replace your goods. For goods that are damaged on arrival you are covered by Delivery Protection. We do not offer returns for used goods.
Postage: Your goods will be sent to you according to your payment option. 1st Class recorded delivery means that your purchase will be dispatched to you within 24 hours and usually received the next day, however, we have no control over Royal Mail. This will also include postage insurance against loss or damage, and proof of postage that you can track online at www.royalmail.co.uk. We are verified Royal Mail account holders. For Parcelforce, all goods can also be tracked online at www.parcelforce.com Please let us know if your goods do not arrive and will do our uppermost to sort this out for you.
2nd class postage, your goods will be sent within 24 hours. With an approximate delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. You will not be covered for loss or damage of items in the post, but we do keep proof of postage. For peace of mind we do suggest selecting Recorded Delivery.
Vat & Delivery: Prices do not include VAT or Delivery, delivery prices are for UK Mainland, for all other areas please ask first. VAT and Delivery/Carriage are added to costs on checkout
Non Payment: It is our company policy to receive payment in full before we ship any of our goods. If however, a prior agreement is made and the goods are not paid for within 28 days of Invoice date we will issue a warning that we will go ahead with legal proceedings. If we still do not receive payment within 5 working days of issuing this Invoice we will take the client through a legal procedure to salvage the goods and costs
Photography: Purely Bodies go to great lengths to take our own photographs of our own stock, we pay high photograph and studio fees to make our website honest for our buyers with actual photographs of our own stock. We are protected by Copyright.. Any copies of our photography used without our permission willl result in Legal Action.
